We debated going away for the holiday — with or without our condo on wheels. Unfortunately, I have a major project wrapping up and a training session to deliver on Tuesday, so that put the kibosh on taking any time off, except for today. Instead, we stayed home, did a few things around the house, and went for a walk around the neighborhood on a short-sleeve-warm day with plenty of sunshine. Sure doesn’t feel like winter is around the corner.
Would like to have practiced for Thanksgiving on the road in the Phaeton, but we don’t have power at the storage lot. And somehow, running the generator for several hours in that setting didn’t appeal. So, Mui made Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen of the stix ‘n brix condo instead. His conclusion: definitely doable no matter where his kitchen happens to be situated in the future.
Simple … easy to fix … our semi-homemade Thanksgiving with a Phaeton-size
Turkey breast as the centerpiece was plenty tasty.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of our American friends out in Blogland!
A master chef, where ever he goes. :c)
